AR Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AR manager to join our team. As an experienced professional in accounts receivable, you will be responsible for managing the entire AR cycle, from invoicing and payment processing to collections and reconciliation.

  • Review and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely posting of payments.
  • Monitor AR aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve any discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure all AR transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting system.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of customer payments, adjustments, and credits.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the AR team by mentoring junior staff and assisting with complex issues.
  • Prepare monthly AR reports and assist in the preparation of audits and compliance reporting as required.
  • Work with senior management to analyze AR metrics, improve cash flow, and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).
