Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Central Mumbai.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and offering positions. Key responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and using various platforms to identify and attract high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create clear, concise job descriptions.
  • Use various platforms (job portals, social media) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and background verification.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates to the HR team and management on the status of recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, if needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring talent across various roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, applicant tracking systems, and job boards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Central Mumbai job market is a plus.
