Senior IAM Specialist

Overview:
We seek a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to deliver operational support for complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide ongoing support for IAM infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system environments, including production and non-production setups.
- Manage identity lifecycle operations, encompassing provisioning, de-provisioning, access control, and identity governance.
- Conduct regular health checks and monitoring of IAM systems to guarantee efficient operation.
- Support integration with various systems and applications, ensuring secure and efficient flow of identity and access data.
- Assist with upgrades, patches, and deployments to ensure systems are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to identify and implement improvements to IAM systems.
- Document solutions, issues, and workarounds to build a knowledge base for the team and stakeholders.
- Support and troubleshoot user authentication issues, Single Sign-On (SSO), and integration with LDAP/Active Directory.
- Deliver timely and efficient issue resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
Proficiency in IAM technologies and experience with system administration is essential.
