Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Lead AI engineer to pioneer innovative solutions in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing high-quality, complex LLM applications and agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop the core AI platform for finance and accounting solutions.
  • Design, build, and productionize large-scale LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents.
  • Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation.
  • Mentor and grow a team of AI engineers, guiding technical design reviews and code quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Customer teams to translate finance use cases into robust, scalable solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience building backend services in Python, Node.js, or similar programming languages.
  • Deep expertise and intuition with large language models.
  • Knowledge of cutting-edge code generation and prompting techniques.
  • Experience building agents and tooling for agents.
  • Expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL) and relational databases.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Top-tier educational institutions.
  • Experience building fintech software.
  • Experience working in large enterprises or big tech companies.
