Senior Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to manage financial data from multiple business units/entities in compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end GL closing activities.
  • Consolidate financial data, perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminate intercompany transactions.
  • Manage and maintain chart of accounts consistency across entities.
  • Support statutory audit, internal audit and compliance processes with relevant GL data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial results and provide commentary.
  • Provide financial insights and dashboards for business reviews and management decision-making.
  • Work closely with FPA team to align reporting with forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Streamline and automate consolidation and reporting processes using ERP and reporting tools.
  • Ensure robust internal controls and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements in reporting practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 4-5 years' experience in accounts & finance.
  • Experience in financial analysis and MIS reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS or US GAAP.
  • Experience with intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Process improvement mindset with the ability to implement automation and controls.
