Job Title: Strategic Oracle E-Business Suite Project Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Oracle E-Business Suite Project Manager with in-depth expertise in Oracle EBS to spearhead and manage enterprise-scale projects.

The ideal candidate will possess both technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS (across SCM and Finance modules) with hands-on PL/SQL development skills.

This role requires the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of projects from initiation to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle EBS initiatives, including upgrades, integrations, customizations, and new implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS modules (Finance and SCM).
  • Write, review, and optimize PL/SQL code for reports, interfaces, and custom solutions.
  • Oversee technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including DBAs, developers, business analysts, and functional consultants.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) projects.
  • Strong project management experience with proven delivery of complex Oracle ERP initiatives.
  • In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (Finance & SCM).
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS architecture, customizations, extensions, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming – writing queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and ITIL best practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
