Backend Development Trainer Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Backend Development Trainer to join our team in a remote capacity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development and a proven ability to train and mentor individuals at various skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions on backend development concepts and practices.
  • Guide trainees in hands-on project development, focusing on Java, Spring Boot, and essential backend tools.
  • Participate in project meetings with trainees to discuss progress, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to trainees to foster growth and confidence in backend development.
  • Assess trainee progress and address individual learning gaps effectively.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in backend technologies, frameworks, and tools, including:
  • Java and Spring Boot
  • SQL and Postgres
  • Kafka, Redis, and Postman
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical training is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in backend project teams with members at various skill levels, including juniors, intermediates, and senior developers.
  • Familiarity with diverse backend project types and the ability to create realistic project scenarios.
  • Experience working with trainees of varying skill levels and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
