Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned manufacturing leader with extensive experience in capital equipment, machinery or engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end operations across production, assembly and fabrication to ensure timely execution of manufacturing plans with a focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
  • Establish and enforce manufacturing standard operating procedures, process sheets, routings and control plans.
  • Lead procurement and vendor management for raw materials, consumables and bought-outs to ensure robust sourcing strategies meet cost, quality and lead-time objectives.
  • Develop monthly and weekly production schedules based on sales forecasts and available resources.
  • Monitor production progress and drive actions to resolve bottlenecks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, vendor ecosystems and manufacturing best practices.
  • Preference given to candidates from Gujarat or neighboring states for ease of relocation and language familiarity.
Candidate Profile:
  • Hands-on experience on fabrication, machining and machine assembly shop floors.
  • Age criteria: 45-50 years preferred.
