Job Title: Project Coordinator

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our organization in managing projects effectively. The ideal candidate is someone who can multitask, prioritize tasks under pressure, and work with speed and accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables with attention to detail.
  2. Coordinate between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear, fast, and effective communication.
  3. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
  4. Follow up on pending tasks and drive accountability to meet deadlines.
  5. Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing action points.
  6. Anticipate risks or delays and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
  7. Provide operational excellence and administrative support to the project team.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Smart problem-solver with good written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results on time.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
