ISO Program Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and managing ISO standards including R2v3, RIOS, 9001, 14001, and 45001. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact and grow with a fast-growing consulting firm.

A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or similar field is required. Additionally, the candidate must hold ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001) and have at least 5-10 years of hands-on ISO and compliance experience. Knowledge of ISO 13485, 27001, R2v3, RIOS, or e-Stewards is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of ISO standards from the ground up.
  • Conduct gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit preparation.
  • Create clear, audit-ready documentation tailored for clients.
  • Guide clients through closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems.
  • Partner with senior consultants on strategy, timelines, and project execution.
  • Work across industries from recycling to technology and see your impact firsthand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or similar field.
  • ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • At least 5-10 years of hands-on ISO and compliance experience.
  • Bonus: knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 27001, R2v3, RIOS, or e-Stewards.
  • Excellent writing skills (reports, SOPs, client communications).
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • A self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
