Job Opportunity: Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

We are seeking a skilled Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience with configuration and maintenance of timecard layouts and time attributes, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM.

In addition, the successful applicant will be able to develop and enhance Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations, integrate with third-party applications, and manage security setup and AORs (Areas of Responsibility).

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the full project life cycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Configure and maintain HCM systems, including timecard layouts, time attributes, and payroll/time policies.
  • Develop and enhance reports and HCM extracts.
  • Manage security setup and AORs (Areas of Responsibility).
