Lead Data Solutions Architect

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Data Solutions Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge data solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.

  • Oversee the development and automation of data pipelines and workflows utilizing industry-leading tools like DBT, DataVault, Snowflake, Airflow, and GitLab.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional expectations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to senior and junior team members on best practices, architecture, and development techniques.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the team's capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, implement robust testing strategies, and uphold high standards of quality and performance.
  • Optimize data storage and processing within Snowflake to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Partner with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to automate and streamline data workflows and deployment processes.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields, with 3+ years in a leadership or architecture role.
  • Extensive expertise in designing and building scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipelines and data storage solutions.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (especially Snowflake) and big data technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to lead teams in building high-performance, maintainable data solutions.
