Key Responsibilities:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic pricing initiatives.

This role involves analyzing competitor demographics and performance, developing statistical models, and providing actionable recommendations to inform pricing strategies.

The successful candidate will also assist in the development and deployment of dashboards, reporting, and insights to support business decision-making.

Additionally, they will design and develop scalable retail test processes and frameworks to drive experiment design, testing, and assessment.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to summarize complex information are essential for this role, as is experience with data mining and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, GCP, and SQL (ETL).

Experience with Python and statistical concepts/modeling is also highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ~3-6 years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3+ years' experience in an analytical role OR 6+ years of relevant experience in a professional environment

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or any other Quantitative discipline plus 3+ years' experience in analytical role

  • Experience in Data mining and visualization tool such as Power BI, Excel, GCP, and SQL (ETL)

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to accumulate, evaluate, and generate insights from disparate data sources

  • Story building with data – Presentations that depict results in a way that can be shared across levels & actionable insights

  • Experience in statistical concepts/modeling

  • Process Improvement/Automation experience

  • Technical expertise in Tableau, Knime, Power Automate

  • Experience in Python, statistical concepts/modeling

  • Experience in Pricing Analytics or Marketing Analytics or Retail Analytics

  • Experience working in Global Operating Model

  • Project Management experience
