We are currently looking for a highly skilled Embedded Software Engineer II to join our team. This pivotal role will involve the development, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge embedded software solutions in safety-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality embedded software in C/C++ using strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and efficient coding practices.
  • Perform exceptional debugging and problem-solving in real-time embedded systems utilizing advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Apply solid understanding of RTOS, embedded systems, and critical avionics standards like DO-178B/C for safety-critical applications.
  • Leverage preferable Avionics Domain knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in software development lifecycle practices with a preference for Agile methodologies.
  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Awareness of the full software life cycle from development to deployment.
  • Experience with Configuration Management (CM) systems for version control.
  • Quick learning abilities with strong communication skills.
  • Exposure to simulation environments for testing and validation.
  • Understanding of core Operating System concepts.
  • Action-oriented results-driven self-starter with high energy levels.
  • Innovative design approaches and problem-solving skills.
  • Influential with peers and partners demonstrating strong critical thinking.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Science.
