  • As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to all phases of the machine learning lifecycle, from concept development to deployment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality applications that meet production standards.
  • Key qualifications include 3-10 years of experience with machine learning and software development, as well as a degree in computer science or a related field. Proficiency in Python and adherence to software development best practices are also essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, as is the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions that meet customer business needs. A coaching and knowledge-sharing mindset is essential for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience deploying machine learning models to large user bases and working with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with MLOps best practices is also beneficial.
  • This position involves leading technical projects and guiding junior engineers through technical workshops and coaching sessions. Delivering high-quality projects and driving internal adoption of cutting-edge tools and frameworks are key responsibilities.
