AI Systems Software Engineer

The company has a talent cloud—an AI-vetted pool of software engineers, data scientists, and STEM experts who can train models and build AI applications.

This is orchestrated by our AI-powered platform for matching and managing talent, and generating high-quality human and synthetic data to improve model performance.

A successful candidate will be responsible for writing clear, concise, and technically challenging algorithmic code.

The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in JavaScript with at least 4+ years of experience.

Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of algorithmic complexity, performance optimization, and computational constraints.

Experience with test automation, benchmark creation, or complex systems evaluation is a strong plus.

Familiarity with modern software data formats (e.g., JSON, YAML) and version-controlled codebases is required.

Suitable candidates will demonstrate deep fluency in at least four of the following areas:
