Job Overview

An Audit Manager is responsible for leading audits to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading audits of finance activities to identify key risks and related controls
  • Designing and executing audit plans to ensure scope, approach, resourcing, and logistics are appropriately planned and executed
  • Identifying control weaknesses and preparing well-drafted audit reports and findings
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on IFRS standards, regulatory regulations, and risk-weighted assets calculation
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional degree
  • At least 7-8 years of relevant experience, including audit lead experience in statutory audits of banking clients or big four firms
  • Excellent communication and adaptability skills
  • Experience in financial reporting and regulatory reporting (RWA, LCR, NSFR, PRA110, Capital, MREL, FINREP) is an added advantage
