About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Automation QA Engineer to develop robust test frameworks and ensure high-quality releases of our real-time, AI-driven product.

You will create automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend services.

  • Design reusable, modular test scripts for regression, smoke, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and AI engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify bugs, bottlenecks, and edge cases before users do.
  • Integrate automation into our continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
  • Monitor and report on test coverage, quality metrics, and release confidence.
  • Continuously improve test reliability and execution speed.
Key Skills

We require 2-3 years of experience in QA automation.

Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress is necessary.

Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or Java-based automation frameworks is also required.

We need proficiency in API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, etc.

Experience working with Git, CI tools, and issue tracking systems is essential.

A basic understanding of databases and testing at the data layer is desired.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience testing AI or ML-powered systems, especially voice or chat interfaces is a plus.

Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or Locust is also desirable.

Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment is highly valued.
