Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing tax and regulatory compliance assignments, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day tax and regulatory compliance assignments
  • Assist in preparation and review of income-tax submissions and compilations for assessment and appellate matters
  • Represent clients before income-tax authorities
  • Build positive client relationships and demonstrate understanding of client requirements and business
  • Stay up-to-date on developments in income-tax and regulatory space
  • Assist senior members on prospective client pursuits
  • Supervise junior team members and take responsibility for reviewing their work

Functional Area:

This role is part of our Insurance Regulations team, working closely with clients across India to provide expert advice and guidance on complex tax and regulatory matters.
