About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Centre Head to oversee daily operations, lead our team of educators, and ensure excellence in care and education.
Responsibilities:
- Admissions and Parent Engagement: Guide families through enrollment, convert enquiries to admissions, provide ongoing communication, and build strong parent relationships.
- Academic and Program Oversight: Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and enrichment programs that foster holistic child development.
- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and support teaching and non-teaching staff to maintain high standards of care and education.
- Operations, Safety, and Compliance: Oversee centre operations, maintain safety and hygiene protocols, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Certification: Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, or Educational Leadership.
- Experience: 3+ years in early childhood education, with 1+ years of leadership/managerial experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in administrative tools (Microsoft Office, CRM software, etc.). CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
