Lead Branch Manager

This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch.

  • Ensure smooth functioning and oversee the overall performance of the branch.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and download the stock report to ensure proper display of products.
  • Update staff attendance reports and maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
Sales and Marketing
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and events to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, feedback collection, and personalized interactions.
Team Management
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, administrative staff, and support personnel to ensure high performance and productivity levels.
  • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Review employee performance, provide specific feedback, and commend notable achievements.
Financial Management
  • Manage the branch budget effectively, controlling expenses while maximizing profitability.
  • Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions as needed.
Customer Service
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer queries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
