Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer to join our team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions using NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech techniques.

You will collaborate with other AI researchers to design and implement innovative AI solutions that improve our platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and data analysis, with experience in developing and deploying ML models.

They will also possess excellent programming skills in Python and related programming languages.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement state-of-the-art NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech techniques.

• Collaborate with other AI researchers to develop innovative AI solutions and services.

• Mentor and lead junior team members in experiments and research projects.

• Conduct research and experiments in deep learning, machine learning, and related fields.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-4 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP and Computer Vision.

• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models.

• Experience working with training and fine-tuning LLM is a plus.

• Strong programming skills in Python and related programming languages.

• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
