Job Overview

The role of Network Administrator is an exciting opportunity for individuals to contribute their technical expertise in ensuring the operational effectiveness of wireless, routing & switching infrastructure across various offices and datacenters.

As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on network performance, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with vendors and support teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless operation and monitoring of wireless, routing & switching infrastructure across all offices and datacenters.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with vendors and support teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Supervise network infrastructure changes, patch deployments, and version upgrades to meet security and change management requirements.
  • Provide support and assistance to Deloitte Global, Peer, and Business teams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate network inventory, documentation, and MIS reports to support network operations processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise/corporate network administration, with at least 2 years in large/complex network environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent. Additional Cisco certifications are preferred.

Work Arrangement:

This role involves working in a hybrid environment, with minimal travel required. Our default way of working is hybrid, with each domain adapting the approach to suit their unique needs.
