About the Role
The EDI Process Expert will be responsible for overseeing the performance of all EDI Integration services for a single McCain region. This individual will collaborate across a single McCain region with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure the seamless operation of external integration processes. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of EDI Integration platforms, technologies, and best practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Accountabilities
  • EDI Mapping and Translation: Develop and maintain EDI maps and translation rules to facilitate seamless communication and data exchange between trading partners.
  • Test and Deploy: Coordinate the testing and deployment of EDI Integration solutions, ensuring thorough testing procedures are followed and smooth deployment processes are executed to minimize disruptions and ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Issue Resolution: Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate the resolution of EDI-related issues, providing timely support to internal teams and external partners to minimize disruptions to business operations.
  • Vendor Management: Cultivate and oversee relationships with external EDI Integration service providers, such as Opentext, Esker, and Portalink, as well as internal service providers like Informatica, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and prompt resolution of any issues that arise.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of EDI Integration principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and adding value to customers through EDI Integration initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering EDI Integration projects on time and within budget, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
