Visual Creative Specialist

Our company seeks an experienced Graphic Designer to craft compelling Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and product packaging that drives conversions.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-performing static ad creatives for Meta Ads, aligning with our brand's identity and target audience preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to test, analyze, and refine ad creative strategies for improved click-through rates, return on ad spend, and conversions.
  • Create engaging product packaging designs that resonate with our target market and adhere to our brand guidelines.
  • Support the development of brand identity elements, including logos, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Transform marketing briefs into visually appealing designs across digital and print formats.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, particularly in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer sectors.
  • Ensure all deliverables maintain a consistent look and feel aligned with our brand standards.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful Meta ad creatives and product packaging designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (click-through rate, cost per click, return on ad spend) and how creative impact them.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design.
