About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technology Transformation Expert to join our team at Alysian. This is an exciting opportunity to drive technology-led transformations in private equity environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead management consulting projects for clients in EU/UK/US, from scoping to execution, to deliver client requirements and manage content, client relationships, work planning, and team.
  • Understand client needs and generate tailored recommendations to drive value quickly.
  • Effectively manage different work streams and proactively resolve discrete issues or drive consensus.
  • Develop and support the implementation of clients' technology strategies aligned with their business goals.
  • Manage technology budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources for clients.
  • Identify and mitigate technology- and program-related risks to clients' businesses.
  • Support the management of relationships with clients' external technology vendors and service providers.
  • Synthesize and communicate information and insights to the team, delivering audience-right high-quality presentations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 9 years' experience in leading management consulting firms.
  • Experience in core technology transformations, from strategy to delivery.
  • Experience in private equity environments highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to join a rapidly growing start-up.
  • Ability to work in a high-intensity environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels.
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Preferably based in Delhi but not a must.
