High-Level Data Analyst Position

We are seeking an accomplished analytics professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and related tools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement metrics-based analytics solutions using Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio/PBI/Mix panel
- Develop expertise in entry point identification, aggregating from multiple entry points, and KPI realization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop data-driven solutions
- Lead a team of junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices for analytics and data visualization
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in analytics and data science
Requirements:
- 6-9 years of experience in analytics and data science
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and related tools
- Experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely/FeatureWisor/Google Optimize
- Ability to handle ambiguity and steer through complex projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
