JD Edwards Technical Expert

We are seeking a skilled Oracle JD Edwards technical professional to fill this challenging role. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of JD Edwards Technical Modules and the development life cycle.
- Extensive experience in JD Edwards Technical Modules, including Report, Application, Business Function, NER, BSSV, UDO, Processing option, Data Structure.
- Proficiency in application testing for all system changes and projects.
- Expertise in knowledge transfer and support activities.
- Secondary-level support for service request resolution and system defect rectification.
- Review and approval of root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation.
- Provide guidance and expertise to support analysts in resolving complex issues.
- Maintain effective communication with business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call from initiation to closure.
- Resolve JDE level 2 application support calls logged through the help desk.
Key Requirements: At least six years of experience in JD Edwards Technical Modules and the development life cycle. Strong proficiency in JD Edwards Technical Modules, including Report, Application, Business Function, NER, BSSV, UDO, Processing option, Data Structure.
