About the Role:

The Finance Executive supports the finance team in managing budgets, forecasts, and reports. This role provides strategic financial guidance and aligns financial goals with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

  • Update and maintain project/client data for informed decision-making and accurate reporting.

Data Analysis:

  • Create and publish charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis.

Financial Reconciliation and Reporting:

  • Ensure timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.
  • Prepare, discuss, and document detailed reports on projects and clients, identifying issues.

Cash Flow Management:

  • Invoice clients promptly for services, handle queries, and coordinate with internal contacts.
  • Resolve vendor disputes, ensure invoices are entered timely, and reconcile statements of accounts.

Tax Compliance:

  • Manage monthly and annual tax return filings for compliance with Indian regulations.
  • Handle monthly tax payments for the Indian entity and assist with compliance audits.

You Should Apply if You:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (CA Inter Pass is an added advantage)
  • 2+ years of experience in a finance team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate financial details
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
