We are seeking a skilled AI researcher to join our team of experts in developing cutting-edge Machine Learning platforms and services. As an AI researcher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative algorithms and models that solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Algorithm Development: Develop novel algorithms and models using machine learning techniques like deep learning and reinforcement learning.
  • Model Evaluation: Evaluate and analyze the performance of ML models to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research on new techniques for improving the performance and capabilities of ML models.
  • Software Engineering: Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to ML pipelines.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise with other team members to promote collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in AI research or related fields.
  • Skills: Experience in building data pipelines, deploying ML models in production, and monitoring their performance. Strong programming skills in Python. Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Tools and Technologies: Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and Linux for managing servers. Experience with cloud-based ecosystems like AWS.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
