  • Develop and debug plug-ins, workflows, and JavaScript customizations.
  • Work with managed/unmanaged solutions and handle solution components.
  • Implement business process automation and troubleshoot CRM issues.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE/CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of plug-ins, workflows, managed/unmanaged solutions.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
  • Experience with CRM security roles, customizations, and form scripting.
  • Ability to debug CRM components (JavaScript, plugins, workflows).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Knowledge of Azure integrations and Dataverse.
