In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to utilize your analytical skills and experience in food and beverage cost control to drive efficiency and effectiveness within our organization.

  • You will oversee the receiving process, handle food and beverage requisitions, and prepare sales analysis reports and standard recipe costing.
  • You will develop and maintain cost reports for food and beverage operations, monitor and control non-food purchases against budget, and pre-cost all restaurant and banquet menus to ensure profitability.
  • You will manage inventory of food, beverage, and general items, establish and maintain minimum and maximum par levels for all store items, and ensure smooth and efficient operation of cost control, storerooms, and receiving processes.
  • You will also assist the Director of Finance in preparing financial reports and analysis, identify areas for cost savings, and implement strategies to minimize expenses.
