Job Description – Senior Retail Operations Manager

The primary goal is to ensure the effective management of retail operations, achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in accordance with brand standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading daily retail/store operations, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Sales performance improvement by increasing revenue and maximizing profitability.
  • Providing customers with a high-quality experience through excellent service and understanding their needs.
  • Converting project business via collaboration with interior designers and architects.
  • Maintaining reports, inventory, and visual merchandising as per brand requirements.
  • Developing strategies for attracting new customers and encouraging existing ones to visit more frequently.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales or Retail Management.

Experience: 4+ years of retail operational experience with luxury/premium brands.

Languages: Fluent English and Hindi.

Skills:

  • Organized and process-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with maintaining brand image.
  • Effective report writing skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
