Job Title: Data Analytics Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled functional engineer with expertise in data analytics platforms, particularly SAP HANA and Snowflake. This role will play a critical part in the migration of enterprise data solutions from HANA to Snowflake, ensuring business continuity, data integrity, and performance optimization.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze and conduct feasibility studies of the requirements.
  • Work with capabilities teams to identify source systems, source data sets, and source tables needed to fulfill the requirements.
  • Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional design documents.
  • Collaborate with data modelers and data engineers to develop technical solutions.
  • Perform functional unit testing of the solution.
  • Support business teams for completion of user acceptance testing.
  • Facilitate communication between business and IT.
  • Support deployment of technical solutions to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior stakeholders to define and implement analytics projects.

• Develop and maintain accurate and reliable reports, dashboards, and other visualizations.

• Analyze complex business problems and recommend data-driven solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.

• Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.

• Experience working on analytics-related projects and implementation.

• Good exposure to SAP ERP systems like ECC or S/4HANA.

• Understanding of data modeling concepts.

• Ability to identify relationships between data sets.

Exposure to SQL queries and ability to query data for analysis/troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms.

Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
