Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the implementation of CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in consulting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

This role involves leading and delivering CRM solutions, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and driving delivery and growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to co-create solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps
  • Drive delivery and pursue opportunities independently

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform
  • Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with Power Apps
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
