Key Responsibilities:

  • System validation & testing to ensure seamless integration.
  • Validate IoT and automation systems in-house prior to deployment for optimal performance.
  • Document and report results with accuracy and completeness for informed decision-making.
  • Deployment & installation of systems at customer sites.
  • Pack, ship, and reinstall systems for efficient logistics.
  • Liaise with customer electronics (cameras, PLCs, servers) for smooth integration.
  • Collaborate with assembly line systems for seamless execution.
  • Customer training & support for optimal system utilization.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on system operation and maintenance.
  • Provide post-deployment monitoring and ensure high system performance.
  • Maintenance & team management for enhanced productivity.
  • Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for deployed systems.
  • Supervise and support remote/field engineers for effective collaboration.
  • Documentation & reporting for transparency and accountability.
  • Prepare detailed wiring diagrams, connection diagrams, and layout diagrams.
  • Ensure complete deployment documentation for each project.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in deploying IoT and automation systems.
  • Familiarity with cameras, PLCs, servers, and industrial electronics.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively for on-site projects.
  • Proficiency in wiring diagrams, layout diagrams, and documentation.
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Team player with leadership skills for managing remote engineers.
  • Effective communicator with strong customer orientation.
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined in documentation.
About the Role
