Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced frontend developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Integrate UI with relational databases via APIs and backend services.
  • Develop and integrate with RESTful APIs to enable efficient communication between the UI and backend systems.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.
  • Work with cloud services including S3 or equivalent.
  • Use Git for version control, branching, and code reviews.
  • Manage and track development tasks in agile project management tools.
  • Evaluate and ensure applications meet high standards of security, performance, and compliance within the financial domain.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and technical challenges to cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of professional experience in Angular development (Angular 8+ preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with relational databases and integration best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services including AWS or Azure.
  • Proficiency in Git and familiarity with CI/CD tools.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs into Angular applications.
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies and task tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience working in the investment banking domain is strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API integration best practices.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks for Angular.
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements in financial applications.
