Senior Interior Designer - Lead and Manage Design Studio

We are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage our design studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing creative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Leadership: Lead the design team to develop innovative and effective interior solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end design process – from concept development, 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, to final execution.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and timely completion of projects.
  • Client Communication: Communicate design intent clearly to clients and handle client presentations with confidence.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies to maintain expertise and provide value-added services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar design tools).
  • Portfolio: Proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects that demonstrate expertise and creativity.
  • Skillset: Strong project management, leadership, and client communication skills.
