Job Title: Senior Travel Consultant

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced travel professional to join our team as Sales & Operations Specialist – Inbound Tours. This exciting role involves working closely with international travel partners and on-ground suppliers to create unforgettable experiences for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, combined with the ability to think creatively and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to B2B travel queries from international agents
  • Design customized itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences
  • Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners
  • Oversee travel documentation and provide real-time tour support
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates
  • Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions
  • Ensure seamless operations and a high level of client satisfaction

 

Requirements:
  • 5-9 years of experience in inbound operations
  • Strong knowledge of India and the Subcontinent
  • Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations
  • Excellent communication in English (written and spoken)
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to think on your feet
