Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure that new phlebotomists are fully prepared and confident before starting their work in the field.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Interviewing and Screening: Conduct initial interviews with prospective phlebotomists to assess suitability for the role.
  • Training Assignment and Onboarding: Assign selected candidates to the appropriate trainers for skill development and guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the required resources and support.
  • First Slot Readiness and Support: Monitor and support new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their first assigned slot, providing continuous support and guidance as needed.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations (experience in onboarding or people management preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (required).
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or service operations is an advantage, but not required.
  • Ability to relocate to Hyderabad or willingness to commute from another location.
