We are seeking a seasoned data scientist to join our team. As a senior data scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and shaping the future of healthcare.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. You will be responsible for designing and developing advanced algorithms to personalize treatments based on patient data. Your expertise will enable us to unlock new insights and drive meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the development of AI initiatives to improve patient health and wellness
  • Collaborate with business leaders and customers to understand their pain points and build large-scale solutions
  • Define technical architecture to productize machine-learning algorithms and take them to market through partnerships
  • Break down complex business problems into machine-learning problems and design solution workflows
  • Work with the data platform and applications team to integrate data science capabilities or algorithms into their products/workflows
  • Stay updated on advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to enhance existing systems

Requirements:

  • Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field (PhD preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in data science (healthcare experience a plus)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python and enterprise application building
  • Deep experience in classical and new-age NLP techniques
  • Understanding of fine-tuning techniques like PEFT (experience with LoRA and QLoRA preferred)
  • Experience with GenAI tools and techniques, including RAG, VectorDBs, and Agentic AI fundamentals
  • Proficiency in at least one ML platform from Databricks, Azure ML, Sagemaker
  • Good understanding of AWS cloud technologies
