Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing territory and geography-wise sales performance, and implementing effective field work strategies.

They will also be responsible for reporting field work on assigned online systems, meeting call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms of assigned divisions.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders (doctors, chemists, stockiest, etc.) and facilitate strategy building.

A strong brand ambassador with a minimum BSc/B. Pharma degree is required, along with 2+ years of experience in a similar therapy or fresher with good communication and analytical skills.

Candidates from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage, and fluency and confidence in communication are essential.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the division's products as per strategy, generating maximum prescriptions to increase market share, and facilitating strategy building.

The role is full-time and permanent, with opportunities for career growth and development.

Job Requirements:

  • BSc/B. Pharma degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar therapy
  • Fresher with good communication and analytical skills
