Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality web experiences that focus on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design. They will also have experience working with design tools such as Figma and proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitoring site performance and running regular audits.
  • Measuring conversion, traffic, bounce, and other key metrics, and providing directional suggestions to the team.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in web development.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and constant upkeep with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to follow deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
