Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media for a D2C beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or fashion brand.

They should have hands-on experience collaborating with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters/content writers to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand vision and goals.

Additionally, they will be responsible for curating influencer content for quality, storytelling, brand tone, and repurposability across social and ads.

The role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and content creation, as well as the ability to analyze content performance (reach, saves, engagement, shares) and apply insights to future content planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand vision and goals
  • Manage and curate influencer content for quality, storytelling, brand tone, and repurposability across social and ads
  • Act as the bridge between brand vision and creative execution, briefing and guiding content writers and graphic designers on brand voice, messaging tone, captions, and campaign copy
  • Collaborate closely with video editors for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube content, ensuring every piece matches the desired mood, pace, and premium tone
  • Uphold and refine our visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints, maintaining a consistent aesthetic and tone
  • Analyze content performance (reach, saves, engagement, shares) and apply insights to future content planning

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in managing social media for a D2C beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or fashion brand
  • Proven track record of growing and managing Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest with high engagement and aesthetic cohesion
  • Experience working with influencers/content creators, including briefing, coordination, feedback, and managing deadlines
  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating visual and tonal consistency across social media, creative campaigns that have performed well organically and in paid ads, and experience in UGC planning, reels creation, and trend adaptation
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters/content writers
  • Understanding of brand building and positioning, especially for premium or niche brands

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience using tools like Notion, Trello, Meta Business Suite, Later/Planoly, Canva/Figma, and basic data reporting (social insights, content metrics)
