Warehouse Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Warehouse Operations Leader to manage our Western Region operations.

This leadership role requires strong expertise in end-to-end warehouse operations management, including budgeting, cost control, productivity, and profitability. The ideal candidate must have deep operational knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee warehouse operations for the West Region, ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Own regional warehouse P&L, including budgeting, cost control, productivity, and profitability.
  • Drive efficiency in inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers; ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.
  • Implement WMS and other digital solutions to drive efficiency and visibility in operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, operations design, and customer solutioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations in Maharashtra (Bhiwandi region preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
