A Validation Lead is responsible for delivering solutions on both modular and services scope of work. The team handles the following responsibilities to ensure we provide the right inputs to our vendor partners and capture the correct data from customers:

  • Validating drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) site.
  • Understanding drawings of all disciplines and verifying quantities of each line item in the BOQ.
  • Identifying design discrepancies and foreseeing execution risks.
  • Highlighting missing line items in the BOQ.
  • Finalizing BOQ after clarifying design discrepancies and conducting thorough validation at site.
  • Providing error-free validation reports within the provided Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • 3+ years of contracting experience (1 year execution + 2 years Quantity Surveyor) in residential/commercial projects.
  • Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and foresee execution risks.
  • Proactive and capable of prioritizing work.
  • Extremely high level of ownership.
  • High learning aptitude.
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written.
