AI Model Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI model development specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models that drive business value. This role requires a strong understanding of machine learning concepts, experience with deep learning frameworks, and expertise in data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI models using various techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.
  • Prepare and preprocess large datasets for training and testing AI models.
  • Evaluate and validate AI models to ensure they meet performance and accuracy standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into business processes and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI model development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and decision trees.
  • Experience with data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
