Role Overview


The Account Manager will be responsible for building relationships with hiring managers for existing clients and managing client requirements and submissions.


Key Responsibilities


The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of organizational procurement structure, including contingent workforce category manager, MSP program manager, MSP supplier manager, and hiring managers.


They will also be able to identify hiring managers and map respective end clients through innovative methods and must be willing to cold call hiring managers and break into accounts within the System Integrator.


Requirements


The candidate should have prior experience in working with MSP partners/Healthcare Domain and hands-on knowledge of recruitment, including creating presentation decks explaining our business capabilities and managing onsite and offshore hiring manager relationships.


They should also have hands-on knowledge of using industry-recognized CRM/ATS Systems and a deep understanding of tools like Discoverorg.
