Job Title: Beauty Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Beauty Representative to join our team at Estee Lauder Companies. As a Beauty Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service
  • Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus

Requirements:

  • Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
