Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative strategies for multiple brands across diverse industries, including campaign planning, concept ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to create innovative ideas and presentations for pitches.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans for campaigns and narrations to clients.
  • Ensure high-quality creative work that meets industry standards and identifies opportunities for recognition.
  • Report to the Creative Director, who provides guidance, feedback, and references for campaigns and creative tasks.
  • Coordinate with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide strategic direction to the graphic design team on concept development.
  • Break down project briefs for junior creatives to facilitate a smooth and efficient process.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance ideation and client goals.
  • Present the production process, from idea to final product delivery, for events, shoots, posts, or other creative expressions.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, target audiences, and brand needs.
